CANCELLATION AND RETURN
We at Explore India Crafts intend to provide a full product refund if there are
no exceptions as mentioned above. The shipping costs will be borne by us if the
product is found damaged in transit or is not received as per the product
detail on the website. Unless, the courier is not delivered as committed, the
accelerated shipping costs are non-refundable in that case. The customer is
entitled to pay the return shipping fee if the product is unwanted for personal
or any other reason for return shipping when the product was not wanted for any
other reason.
We want every Explore India Crafts customer to feel that they have made the
right choice of an urn or memorial product for a loved one and other handmade
products. We want you to feel satisfied when the product arrives -- that the
item is even better than you expected. If you want to return or exchange an
item, please do not hesitate to contact our team for kind and caring
assistance. We aspire to satisfy all our customers. We intend to send you items
in a much better way than it is expected. We are here for you in case you face
any issues in returning or exchanging the products. Feel free to contact our
customer support.
We will accept and take back or exchange any item
within 14 days of the purchase and we do not charge a restocking fee, there are
three exceptions to the exchange and refund as follows:

cannot accept an item that would have ashes placed in it.
- ·
We
cannot accept any item that is personalized or has engraving on it.
- ·
We
cannot accept any item which is custom-made with pre-received instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive the package, we inspect it and get in touch with the customer to understand how they would like it to be made/modified. According to the customer’s request, we will send a replacement if the product or issue a refund, whichever is applicable in that particular scenario. The customer also will receive a credit within a certain number of days which is in line with the customer’s credit card issuer’s policies and terms.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received the refund in the given duration, kindly check with your bank or credit card company as generally domestic as well as international transactions take time to officially reach your account. Even after completing all the procedures and contacting the bank/credit card company, if you still don't get the refund, we request you to write to us at business@exploreindiacrafts.com immediately and we can investigate from our end.
Sale items
Only regular-priced items will be refunded, depending on the
scenarios while the items on ‘Sale’ cannot be refunded.

RETURN AN ITEM IN TWO SIMPLE
STEPS
Step 1: Send us an email on business@exploreindiacrafts.com with a
description.
Step 2: Upon receiving our response send the item according to our
instructions.
Kindly re-pack the product carefully (if possible, use the
original wrapping and packaging material) to ensure it is protected for the
trip back. We would like to make a special request to our customers who are
returning their purchased products, although it may not be the right pick for
your memorial needs, please remember it could mean much more for someone else
buying that very product, hence handle it with care.
